ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Well they say they are "not available" but they are out of work. If a side with some ambition came and offered them an opportunity they'd jump at the chance. I couldn't see either turning down Manchester United for example. It shows Liverpool up for how little pull they have.
Ancelotti will want a regular CL team at the very least. I expect he'll just wait until one is available and he'll be first on the list
Klopp is a bit different, he wants a longer term project with owners who'll back him with money, where he feels at home and can build. On the face of it Liverpool would actually be not that bad a fit for him. However he'd demand sole authority on all transfers in and out (no Committee) and he'd want complete control over all levels of the club. Neither of which he'll get at Liverpool.

I think they conveniently made themselves unavavilable until Liverpool went away. Like a girl who says she's not interested in having a relationship at this time in her life, when really it's you, and she ends up marrying some other dude 4 months later.
or both announced they wanted a break (until Rogers gets the sack in December)

Does anyone else get irrationally annoyed when they trot out the old "we go again" cliché. They often think they are being funny or witty with it. Most of what they do invokes feelings of pity in me. They are pathetic but that little phrase sort of sums up their arrogant self delusion that everything will be ok when all evidence points to it not.

It is also the comment Gerrard made, before Liverpool "went again", losing at home to Chelsea reserves and throwing away a 3 goal lead at relegation fodder Palace. Anyone with any dignity would want that phrase banished to the dustbins of history, but they revel in it.

I find its because they are absolute titheads

It makes me laugh my tits off. That whole huddle and speech was all part of the Stevie Me show, which promptly fell to bits leaving the daft blurts looking like right mugs.

Rafael to Madrid - fantastic news!
Many on RAWK identify with Barca and think LFC are “Més que un club” and Suarez is already there. I think they hate Madrid almost as much as they hate Man Utd, and now, when their hero 'Rafael' takes Sterling, it's all going to implode..

This is gonna be a great season!

He's 30 years old and they will have paid him a massive amount for wages as he's on a Bosman.

Those wages may weigh heavy in time.
about 120k a week minimum, you'd say he'd offer 2 or 3 years good service. he'll be goosed by then because of all the running he does.

gerrard in his prime, which was what? 6 or 7 years ago. he's been utter bull for a couple of years now, atm milner is 10 times the player of gerrard. they only started winnng when he was injured

Utter horse crap.

Gerrard is 20 times the player James Milner is, even at the age of 34.

Go and look at all their results from this season, tell me how many times the word Gerrard appears in match winning goals.

Then do the same for City with Milner.
