It's difficult to know who's got less dignity, Rodgers or Dalglish. You know Dalglish would ball over that managers job like a rat up a drainpipe if he had to "mind the fort" again while the owners waited for a decent manager.

They always drone on about dignity. I think back to Roy Hodgson's 'reign' aka purgatory... when he had no chance because "he wasn't Kenny" as they sugar it up by suggestion. Dalglish was never away from the place..."I'll always do what I can to help Liverpool Fitba Club"... shameless given the treatment being doled out to Hodgson. He got what he wanted then...till FSG turfed him. Dignity ???

I agree Hodgson was doomed from the start but let's be honest, he's still Roy Hodgson. Can you imagine if he managed us? We thought last seasons attempt at football was a turgid, uninspiring mess, imagine what it's like watching one of Woy's teams week in week out
