I rate him if im honest, he is at a standard at 20 where hes capable of double figures in goals and assists from largely a wide position. He also has pace that kills. As for the fee = home grown and he has a career ahead of him if he was 28 he might go for 15 mill, i think its the longevity,impact, potential and home grown player.

Someone like Walcott didnt have the stats Sterling has had at the same age.

Actually walcotts stats are very similar in their first few seasons

Having already signed Milner, Gomez, Bogdan & Ings.
Now lets say they get all of them apart from one of Bacca or Rondon that's 8 players.
Add to that last summer Loveren, Lallana, Lambert, Balotelli, Alberto Moreno, Manquillo (I think that's everyone)
That is 14 players in 2 summers!!!!!!
Now I believe to build a good squad at tops you should sign 4 maybe 5 players. Anything more is just a rotating door policy. So keep spending RS cos if your lucky maybe 2 of them 14 will make the 1st team

Ha, yes it was a beautiful miss.

Not seen him play much myself but when he was linked with United did a bit of reading aboit him and he seemed a good prospect. Guess we'll see.
