Kolo Toure having a right laugh with the media today. They've managed to convince themselves, again.

"Benteke is a great player," Toure told the Liverpool Echo. "I see so much talent in this squad. So much will be played in the mind.

"If we are strong mentally then I don't think anyone can beat us with the team the manager has built."

Who wouldn't take a DQ win? It's be hilarious. Imagine the scenes...

Penalty wins are also juicy.

If fact, normal score wins are boring in comparison to everything else.
 

Well, Benteke has signed. £32.5m confirmed. That's pretty much all their Sterling money (considering QPR's cut).

Good player. Right player for them? Doesn't seem like it. Time for another change in the Brenda filosoffee n projekt. Worth the money? I'd rather Lukaku and I thought he was too expensive.
 
benteke's a great player. sadly rodgers will get sacked a new boss will come in who's probably not so stubborn and actually buy players to accommodate him and be a success.

... then again, they're best players are leaving them like it's going out of fashion so he wouldn't be there long ha.
 
He's a great player for 7-8 games a season

Rest of the time he's like Heskey

Hopefully he breaks both legs in pre season
