1. They would pay them a lot of money
2. They would give them a huge transfer budget
3. It would do wonders for their reputation if they could take a mid-table team back to their former glory

That had a devastating effect on the team and we never really got over it we had thrown away a double to the worst team ever to win a double, as a team we were streets ahead of them.

Akin to how they just ruined us at Anfield 2 years ago. Thought we had the best chance to just ruin them, got laughed at by mates for weeks afterwards.

Either way, the screwed up footie for a long, long time and forgive me if I sound a bit bitter, but Everton were arguably the biggest loser as we would have had a phenomenally good chance in the European Cup that year, we were the best team in Europe and everyone knew it !

I'd bet big they approached all these in the summer and got chased hence why they stuck with Brenda.

As far as I was aware, isn't Klopp all set to take over at Bayern at the end of this season. I thought that was common knowledge.
