Was thinking the same when I heard some of his press conference...wasn't sure whether it was his English that was rusty but he came across as a bit wishy-washy to me.
It must have sounded like a good idea to him, after Bayern told him it was no go for their managers job, to go to the PL to manage. But the reality today of being driven through Anfield, the midden of the team he has to contend with, and the embarrassing Dortmund wannabe fans trying to impress him with their faux ultra 'fanaticism' must have been utterly depressing.

I almost felt sorry for him. He's made a massive mistake and it's just dawning in him.

I like Klopp. He's a good manager, and had Bobby been binned last year I don't think anyone here would have been upset.

He's already come out with some corkers, like. The whole but about Liverpool not living on through past glories was hilarious for a welcome speech and a displays that he has a clear lack of understanding of "that lot".

Any other club I'd wish him the best. Hope he does Plopp for them, though.

Had no strong opinions about the guy previously, but evidently he's bought into their 'big club' BS without having researched the small time set-up and mentally-deranged support that permeates the pit. Therefore I have to conclude that he's a bit of a delusional tit who's willing to commit career suicide. And I would like to go on record as wishing him all the very best in that endeavour!
