I like (or liked) Klopp as a character, but his success in the Bundesliga was down to that league only ever having one other club challenging the obscene dominance of Bayern (before BVB the likes of Wolfsburg, Stuttgart, Leverkusen et al would alternate then fall away). In Klopp's final season his own Dortmund fell away just like the other pretenders did.
Now in the Prem even tho' Man U have dominated in the Ferg years we've a situation where 3 other clubs along with Utd can realistically win the title: Man C, Chelsea & Arsenal. And not just as a one-off, but regularly challenging every season. Asking a Klopp team to break those 4 is asking him to break 4 Bayerns. Far-fetched to say the least. The best that can be hoped for would be a top 4 finish within 3 years. As we know now (and knew then) that season RS finished 2nd was mostly due to Suarez and partly due to Sturridge, Sterling & Gerrard. They've all gone bar the crocked one.
Saying that, these lot made a deal with the devil half-a-century ago and nothing would surprise me. But objectively I can't see Klopp inspiring much more than the odd scraped 4th place.
