Most of the RAWK belters are glory hunting wools.
They fall into 2 categories, the 70's / 80's kid who picked them as they were winning everything in sight & the 2005 brigade who developed a 'love' for the shiite in the middle of May.
They 'signed up' for silverware, they exchange their cash for a replica top, renew their Sky subscription & await the pots.............only in the last 6 years, it's all gone a bit pear shaped. This is not what they signed up for, middle of the table durge & no CL football. They signed up to be part of something great, the mighty reds, silverware, gloating, reflected glory, the whole nine yards, they've ended up with a team that are average, no longer one of the big boys, no longer sat at the games top table.
Some of them can't handle it, they cling to the past like a comfort blanket & wipe out any thoughts that the present may well reflect their future, it simply can't be, they won't allow it, they will deny it until their dying day...........or at least until they decide that they won't buy next years replica shirt & the Sky subscription is getting a bit expensive............Libpewl fooball club?, yeah I used to follow them, not arsed about the game these days, too commercial............
