Very frightening playing extremely well and sadly good to watch.

The derby in current form will be a complete horror show.

Two differences between us and them:

1. They know what the manager wants.
2. Their attacking players pass the ball to eachother, our attacking players always look for the individual scenario.

They play as a team unit and score one or two goals then they may have long shots and such but the fact remains they play as a team first, individual goals second. We are the complete opposite, see Romelu and Yannick as examples.

Unfortunately they do look very good at the minute. Their forward line's movement and inter changing of positions is top notch.

Their Achilles heel is still their defence, and that in part is due to the way they're choosing to play as opposed to just the personnel.

They won't go a full season scoring for fun, and there'll be weeks when it doesn't click up front and they'll have to grind out a 1-0, can that side do that? I'm not so sure.

Also, as the season wears on managers will suss them out, someone will find a way of negating their play and it'll be copied by others, it happens every year with some side or other who are flying early on.

I still think they'll be in the mix come May though.

I point blank refuse to watch them when they are winning games.
I prefer to view it as the reverse and they are actually playing horrifically bad currently.
Great Liverpool sides have players like Sean Dundee and Torben Piechnik not this current rabble.

Until the tide turns I will be staying away from the footy. I managed about 20 mins on Saturday ffs, I was just grateful it was Bonfire night so I had something else to do.

2 front foot CB's who can play a high line.
Deep lying playmaker
1 roaming CM playmaker
1 box to box midfielder
2 inverted wingers who can score.
And a CF who can press for 90 mins and roam all over the pitch as a false #9 linking play.

That's 8 players,think we'll do fine with our FB's,so don't need to upgrade them.

Nobody actually sussed out the suarez team tbh, except the odd time - they had to lose it themselves in the end...but they did it in real style thank god...just sayin like

I think the difference there was him tbh. As much as we hated the buck toothed snide, he was a genuine World Class player at the peak of his game. Take him out of that side and they'd have been nowhere near the title that year, as they proved the following season.

As the pressure mounts we'll see what this current side is made of.

I fear they're more than a one man team nowadays total greater than the sum of the parts etc...unless that one man is Klopp - which it is.

One positive side-effect of Trump winning the US Election would be subsequently inevitable nuclear holocaust and the end of the world before they manage to get their rat claws on the league.

Doesn't look good to me - their best attacking football since Barnes and Beardsley days. However they will never dominate like they did back then as it is too competitive now, so what if they win it, will be a nightmare, but if anyone had told a 20 year old Bob 27 YEARS ago it would take them this long to win it again I would have snatched their hand off , gone berserk and got about 20 million to one at the bookies. If it happens it happens pretty resigned to it early to be honest, however will celebrate like 2014 again if they balls it up. THe only consolation of them going close is their devastation when they fail.
