Liverpool have never won the title since the back pass rule was introduced.
It was invented with the express purpose of combating the type of attritional anti-football they pioneered, hence I believe they are unable to win the title whilst it is still in effect.

Nothing at all to do with poor players and managers just the back pass thing then.

But those of us who survive would still have to listen - probably in perpetuity - about the last team to ever win the PL.. and, to make it worse, their Scandinavian homelands wouldn't be targeted so they will be even more visible.
