There is an infamous GIF of the Palace v RS game under Brent. It's when Palace get 3 goals back and the camera zooms in on the away end of Kopites.

It's got a really ugly fat guy in the middle of it. Apparently he posts at RAWK - is that Grundy?

Please someone find that gif its hilarious.

Its worse than that mate. If its the one I think it is, pretty sure that is the Everton correspondent at The Echo.

"... the council are bending over backwards to give them this stadium and I don't want them getting that on the waterfront".

It'll be interesting to seeing this bitterness evolve and grow over the coming months as things progress.

The Council gave them £23m towards their recent re-development aswel as allowing them to evict hundreds of families from their homes.... where was the faux outrage then from the horrible blerts then?

I do think this "bitter" tag needs to get challenged. I have never had a coherent set of behaviours presented to me that mark Evertonians out as in any way different to any other set of supporters on this. It seems to be, disliking your opponent, wanting your opponent to lose and teasing them when they do seem to be the things that every set of supporters do.

Then there comes the imaginary evidence. When dealing with LFC fans you are dealing with a body that has the collective consciousness of a delusional and mentally ill patient. The "Everton lied down and cheered for Manchester City" has become almost gospel now, without any shred of evidence. Go back and watch the game, watch Barkley score one of the goals of the season, watch Naismith bust a gut to try and grab an equaliser. Watch the fans groan when he misses, and take the roof off when Barkley scores. Also consider, had Naismith equalised they'd still not have won the league as they messed up against Crystal Palace.

All of these things are facts, yet in Kopite rhetoric the "Everton cheered for City" is allowed to pass as legitimate debate. It takes a special person, and a special fanbase to tarnish a set of opposing supporters in a manner based on lies and deceit. While it is completely untrue for us, we should also point out, that there is projection going on. Their own fans celebrated a Chelsea victory over themselves when it stopped United winning the league. Such is the hypocrisy of them. The only bitter and twisted supporters associated with our great City are them. Without doubt the City's shame.

This absolutely. Didn't Stevie starfish giveaway a goal too? Backpass to Drogba?
