Without Henderson as well - who they reckon has almost no chance of making the game, Coutinho a cert to play 90 minutes 6k miles away tonight and firminho possibly too, they are gonna be stretched really thin.

Look at the bench they've had recent weeks and it has a bunch of kids on it like Woodburn etc.

Their record when Lallana hasn't played centrally is dodgy as hell as well - and Manes much less effective as Lallana always drifts to that side creating space.

Not to crow about injuries - especially given Colemans recent one, but as for disruption to their team this is the worst player they could have lost - will end up with Firminho being pushed wide left, Coutinho dropping deeper into Lallanas role and Origi coming in up front - at least thats the most likely - positions that Firminho, Coutinho are both way less effective in

and will seriously disrupt their pressing as Firminho spearheads that from the centre and Lallana also sets the tone for it.

There hasn't been a sellout all season in a ground with nigh on 10000 obstructed views, they obviously lie. As someone born and bred in Walton I'm sad to see us go however I'm finding a lot of nasty comments directed toward the L11 area too, re: Stonebridge etc. I'm all in favour of the BM site however that doesn't mean we need to slate other areas. And yes, I regularly go to L11, I know the area.

I feel we should be pleased we're getting a new stadium without destroying an area and community, as Liverpool have done.

You know what's funny. When I came over, I took the train to Kirkdale and walked to the county road with @Cena and he was slightly apologizing for the neighborhood, but I loved it! All those terraced houses, and tightly packed streets. It's a proper old fashioned neighborhood that doesn't exist too many places over here anymore. And when I walked from the Black Horse with @Woolly Blue and came around the corner onto Goodison Rd, and the Old Lady appeared like a vision from heaven...mate I was breathless. After the game, having a drink at the Taxi Club...unforgettable.

I'm excited about the move, but you'll never hear me slating L4. I'm reminded of the quote from Fever Pitch: "We can live near the grounds `cause it's cheap there. No one wants a football stadium on their front step. Except me. I'd pay extra."
