Oh dear....the teardrops are exploding over at Rawks Drift. Never mind fellow top 4 challengers having the temerity to change their tactics game to game....the home pitch being too dry....Chelsea having the least injuries....we now have :-

So Mahrez who did not miss a plenty this season, this time he slips and his goal get disallowed and Milner who often score penalties, missed against Southampton.. We are the unluckiest team ever ..

Never a truer word my bastion of fair play, humility and sportsmanship. The greatest game in your history you drew (and won on penalties), your last trophy against a Championship side you see (and won on penalties).

On your own, without help, just you, brought shame on these English shores. By doing so you denied one of England's finest teams the opportunity to play European Cup football.

When English teams return to the continent, following your celebrated draw, UEFA found it within themselves to award you a place in a tournament you never qualified for.

Yes my old mukka, you are the unluckiest team ever. I hope you return to luck some time soon.

Torres scored 81 goals in 142 appearances during his time on Merseyside, becoming one of the club's most prolific, and popular, players in recent times

Fernando Torres has risked the wrath of Liverpool fans - for congratulating Chelsea on their Premier League title win.

Torres, who left Anfield for Stamford Bridge in January 2011, took to Twitter and Instagram following the London club's 1-0 win at West Brom, which sealed their sixth league championship.

He wrote: "Congrats Champions!!! Now let's fight for the FA Cup."

Yet some Reds fans were less than pleased at the Atletico striker showing such allegiances.

Torres scored 81 goals in 142 appearances during his time on Merseyside, becoming one of the club's most prolific, and popular, players in recent times.

Much of that goodwill evaporated when he moved to the capital, though he was given a solid reception when returning to Anfield to play in the All-Star game two years ago.

Here are some of the tweets in reaction to Torres' congratulatory message to his former club.

Followed by a selection of bitter tweets in response..etc

Torres left them and won the league and champions league. That's truly whats killing them inside

You've got to laugh at the stupidity and general lack of self awareness of your average Kopite. Had a chat with a fella at work the other day and otherwise he's actually sound but get him on the subject of football and all things Kopite and he loses it. Among his nonsensical ramblings, Torres was mentioned and he suggested that the lad DEFINITELY regretted leaving Liverpool for Chelsea and it had ruined his career. Words fail me! Ye lad, Torres really misses you lot. He probably looks sadly at his Champions League winners medal, his Europa League winners medal and his FA Cup winners medal on a daily basis and dashes away the tears thinking about what might of been with LFC!

Big day for Libpool fc.

If they win down there they'll almost certainly qualify, probably in 3rd place IMO. Draw and they still have a chance of a slip up for the other two (and I think one of them might well do). Defeat will sink their CL hopes.

They always tend to rise to the occasion, so I think they'll edge this one 1-0 or 2-1.

City only need 4 points for 3rd

That was always true , throughout my life they've done it grasped victory Brom the jaws of defeat .

However lately with crystanbul, stevie slipping & defeats in finals I have this hope the worm had turned . I think they'll probably spawn something today , and you're right today is the day , but I have this hope that it might just ebb away in hilarious fashion , that's more in hope than expectation though .
