Looks like Ayre's made the wrong career move.. (yes, I know, he walked away in true Kopite fashion preferring to "Walk Alone" as they say).

https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...tion-germany-fourth-fifth-tier-unpaid-licence

February 3rd, 2017:

Ayre acknowledged second-tier 1860 Munich were not currently among the "biggest or best" teams in Germany, but said the club "undoubtedly belongs back in the Bundesliga".

"There is enormous potential to improve this state of affairs," he added.

June 3rd, 2017:

1860’s under-21, under-19, under-17 and under-16 teams were also relegated this season.

How would they know? They gonna ask the question at the interview stage? I would highly doubt that would happen, and if did, would you admit to be a Blue anyway? If you've gone for a job at them, you must be desperate, your not gonna go into an interview for a job with the RS, with an Everton badge on or humming ZCars! You leave that till you've got the job.
They...them.... lol.

From the Archive:

A once grand ballroom that fell into disrepair, it was a location where ladies of a certain vintage relived their golden days, throwing on the lipstick for one more shot at rapture alongside a fresh generation. Every now and again they would strike lucky too, as visitors in awe of the sheer novelty value of the 'grab a granny nights’ succumbed to its particular charms.

In so many ways, Liverpool Football Club have something in common with the ladies of The Grafton.

They are like an old lush, sat in the corner telling the world how attractive and marvellous they are, utterly affronted when anyone blind to their natural beauty suggests otherwise. Friends, lovers and acquaintances nod enthusiastically each time the club attest to their own greatness, but neutrals and rivals think their better days have long since passed.

European football next season is going to break them
their squad isn't good enough

how many away premier league games will they have the weekend after a european game? I'll be watching that closely

Im sure the Special Dispensation Committee has cancelled all leave to work on this....as well as, of course, their "play as many second legs at home as possible" ruling.

Maybe they'll, you know, sign more players, like they seem to be in the process of doing.

Personally I'd be more worried about how we're going to cope with Europe given our already weaker squad and lack of any movement so far to be honest, but each to their own.
