The stuff that you read over on RAWK in their Everton thread about our summer business is not only incredibly uneducated but mind-numbingly ignorant as well, but then again I'd expect nothing less.. 
I mean, check this out for the height of objectivity and thoughtful analysis of our playing staff:

After the amount of crap the RS have bought over the years (for huge money as well) you have to laugh you're balls off at there "They've (us) only bought mid table players up to now"

They have gone awfully sheepish today. Usually they are all over Everton threads having a laugh, now they are starting to grumble about their own transfers pointing out that even we are spending. Long may this continue.

Obviously not huge money, but for how crap they were at the RS it's decent money, Downing £20m, Markovic £22m, Lovren £21m.

who on earth is gaya? Why are they calling our midfield wank when there's is horrendously weak? Mccarthy barely gets a look in here, yet he'd put a case forward as their best centre mid. Whilst also possibly being their 4th best given the depth of averagaeness personified by can, wijnaldum, henderson and lucas.

The amount that they rate Henderson is unreal.
So, to sum up. Our midfield is ace. We had the Prems 2nd best striker............and we finished 7th. What went wrong?
Also 35m for Andy Carroll was indeed an awful purchase, but if we payed that for him and he scored the winner against them at Wembley in a FA Cup Semi, he'd be rightly regarded as a legend here for evermore.
Double is a safe bet.
Though the 35M for Carroll was so outrageous at the time as to be Pogba-esque now, so 90M for him...because I very much doubt that even with a high player(s) exchange value tagged on that we'll get 90M for Lukaku...if he goes that is and doesn't hang on until Jan to see how we shape
