Clear all the streets around a football ground that's about to hold around 50,000 fans and is smack bang in a built up residential area? Good luck with that. And it's not like Merseyside Police could smuggle the bus in.

Not all the streets, just stop the being able to stand right at the gates etc. Let's just agree it takes a special kind of saddo to turn up two hours before a game to do that.

They either don't work or booked a day off work just so they could turn up early to video that on their smart phone.

There’s no way that the attack didn’t have an adverse effect on the City players, will they smash up the Pool bus next week as revenge?

Nope ,no other club 's fans can sink to their level. See the scrutiny the aussie cricketers suffered for a bit of Sandpaper, they'll be haunted for life... These mutant bitter reds will turn up to the next round and do the same.

Lets hope so, not just City out as well but i can see plenty of Unted turning up for a little meet and greet, which will be funny

Meh I doubt it had much effect, it’s really not that intimidating despite it being absolute shitehouse behaviour.

Barca will defo do them. Both Madrid and Barcelona are on another level to that lot. Bayern are the relatively weaker of the three opponents, but still better than Liverpool.

It was City, a team Liverpool always beat.
I hope you're right. But I wouldn't take it for granted after that tonight. Whats needed is a team who don't capitulate after conceding a goal. City have done this before at the pit. It was no surprise. A bit like when we play there.
