ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

It’s like somebody saying “ I always found that shipman a thoroughly decent GP personally, always friendly and approachable and never a problem with getting a prescription or a note” . That might be true as regards that individual but just because they didn’t see it the bloke in question would still be a monster .
A fair comparison as both Shipman and Liverpool FC are mass murderers.

Thanks for clarifying that blue. It's a shame the scumbags have tarnished all the decent folk in Liverpool by their pre planned idiotic 'coach welcome'.

I hope the proper club of Liverpool win the derby tomorrow. They have become worse than man-ure fans IMO, and I never thought I'd say that. Good luck.

I put on this thread a while ago there are a lot of similarities between the two red teams in the North West. Essentially it's born from an entitlement. They are both told they are special, unique, and their rivalry allows them to proclude basic standards of humanity.

Until both clubs start telling their fans they are no different to anyone else, and need to behave accordingly, they will continue to drag the game and wider area into disrepute.

If i was a city player id of just got off the bus and walked into the ground.
See if anything would of got thrown then
Think it was shown on the Brian Clough - Damned United flim, but didn't Don Revie's Leeds team get off the coach and walk the last hundred yards or so into the ground? - Imagine what would of transpired Wednesday night if that had happened.

I work with a few Kopites and some of them are ok but apart from one lad they've found the incident funny, I'm shocked, I really am. It was pure hatred and just yards away from the Hillsborough memorial they're all so sad about. They're a breed of their own and do not reflect the Blue half. Like you say everyone has their own small element and if you want it you'll get it but this was just beyond anything I have seen in England and they 're proud of it. The funny thing is they think were all bitter they just don't see it. Hope City give em a lesson on the pitch, imagine the reaction if that happens. Good luck.

I'm shocked that you're shocked. That's vintage RS behaviour. Even in the ones who don't think it was funny, there's a fair proportion who keep schtum and say nothing. A repeat RS trait in that if they don't talk about it, they think it lessens whats happened so it becomes "so what". In their parallel universe that is of course.

Yep, the thread on the bus attack was locked the day after the game, one of the mods posted this -

Locked. It’s done. Klopp has apologised, let’s just get onto the game.

Great site for an honest and open discussion about relevant issues.
" BOOM...Shut up, it's happened, don't speak about it, it's gone away, nothing to see here move along, thread locked"
A whole 23 hours and 45 minutes after the previous match had started,. The bells never even lasted a day, and that's good for them.

That site has more locks than the Leeds Liverpool canal...

Its a wonder they haven't trotted out the usual displacement that "all big cities have their share of idiots...." automatically involving us as well. Like that self opinionated git Hooton did in his arrangement of the obscenely belated reception for Juventus at the Town Hall...involving Evertonians in it. We're big hearted and generous us Blues...but one thing we'll never share is the guilt that they should.

What reception was that? Did Efc actually have representation of any kind there? Unbelievable. .. What was the Everton involvement? To say "Soz abaar dat...?"

I live in Manchester and I agree with this. Hate and despise them both.
