The Police reports of last week's events are going to vary enormously with the Kopite Koppers saying they noticed nothing suspicious and absolutely no incidents of note with an entirely peaceful night's work. The visiting coach went by and the boisterous crowd lit a few candles and things and gave them a traditionally warm welcome.

Would love City to do them after all their premature celebrating this week. It would be just like Klopp and Liverpool to be dross for 3 seasons and not win a bean but rescue the whole thing by winning the CL with Milner Henderson and Klavan.

Whilst acknowledging we write them off at our peril, given the pact they have with the honcho in Hades, after watching both Real Madrid and Barcelona last midweek and at the weekend, or more specifically Ronald and Messi, I will go out on a limb and say they are not going to spawn it this time, Dom ;)

I just can’t picture us getting a new stadium and new management team in the summer without some potential slap down from the gods.

Also Klopp is so cringey it’s exactly the sort of thing he’d do. Just like Benitez, fluke a CL to cover up for repeated failure in the league every season. I’d love Klopp to leave Anfield emptyhanded as a salient lesson to all ego fuelled managers thinking they’ll be their messiah if they win the title, but you can just see his gurning swing jaw on that stupid flag they’ve got next to Benitez’s slobbering mess.

Make no mistake, UEFA will not want these in the final, and they won’t be.
