Stil Roma are a good team and, worst comes to the worst, Real Madrid or Bayern Munich in a final should be too much for them. Klopp's record in cup finals is appalling.

My life will be utterly beyond ubearable for a long long time if they do. It’s only just started being ok to tell them that 2005 was a lifetime ago

Aye, we're so defeatist about them.

Since they last won anything they've lost 3 semi finals, three finals and blew a league title.

This is their fifth european semi final since 2005, the other 4 times they were stopped.

Can’t help but fear the worst with them. If a bookies would take it I would put my wages on Roma having a goal disallowed across 2 legs, already

That was my mindset and I honestly felt like It was changing but like a dog that’s been beaten for years it’s only taken then raise of a hand and I’m off under that table .

Get the scarves out, polish your badges, t shirts printed, new hymn sheets left on the seats, new hero’s to worship & banners galore. Forget the facts, in their heads they have already won it. Never known a team win so much without actually winning anything.

A few tedious days of the most passionate and knowledgeable fans in the wuuurld celebrating the latest silverware they have won and enter their latest version of how they now play a new style of inter galactic football. It’ll take me at my most level best to bring them back to reality.

I’ll even apply for one of the temporary jobs advertised manning the parade route on the homecoming. It’ll turn one day, not in my lifetime granted, but one day.
