Clearly he carries the huge proportion of the blame , For example I blame many of the other Roma fans who engaged in violence with him those waving their belts and charging into the crowd . I don’t think anyone is suggesting that mate , I certainly haven’t read it . I’d expect more trouble away though , wouldn’t you ? Violence at football like this is and has always been cyclical. That’s the reason milwall still hate us or why the likes of Blackburn , I think , would have trouble with the RS at Ewood when we wouldn’t have a massive issue .

For clarification, in case it isn’t clear , I’m not justifying an attack on a 50 odd year old bloke it’s despicable. I’m simply making an observation on my opinion on the circumstances leading up to it.

My uncle was there for the 84 final and says the police kept the fans behind for about 10 minutes, just enough time for all the ultras to congregate outside

The arl fella told me when him and his 5-1 out numbered group started fighting back, only then did the police act...by setting the dogs on them.

The other Roma fans are to blame for what they did. If they weren't there then the stabber probably wouldn't have stabbed the 53 year old ultra but he's still solely to blame.

Liverpool end of season 2017/18 will have won nothing

They have achieved a big fat f.a. so let's not get ahead of ourselves.

I've no liking for them, but know the odd decent one on a personal basis...in fact our extended family, like others, is split down the middle.
But 2 things come to mind
1) This is all going just the same as the last time, poo-pooing at the groups, quarters, semis...just wait until they meet xxxxxxx, then yyyyyyyy, then zzzzzzz.
2) We should be, at the end of April, in with such a chance...just this 'kin once, we should be in with a chance of winning such a nothing
