Clearly he carries the huge proportion of the blame , For example I blame many of the other Roma fans who engaged in violence with him those waving their belts and charging into the crowd . Your use of the word literally means you don’t apportion them any blame I do . I also happen to think that some poor policing at the last two European home games means they carry some responsibility, you disagree . That’s allowed as I understand how the internet works.

LFC and the Biz created this climate by the former encouraging this retro display of intimidating the opposition and the latter by both facilitating it and allowing thugs to bombard the visiting team coach and then to jump up and down on Paddy wagons apparently without interference.
Last night’s attack didn’t happen in a vacumn......many on this very forum warned of such a calamitous outcome being possible if this type of mob rule was not tackled head on.
And to almost quote Isaac Newton, for every force there is an equal and opposite reaction.....so into the equation steps a tooled up mob of mirror image football crazies to join in the mayhem.
And then people are shocked when the inevitable happens.
