Why the [Poor language removed] are those [Poor language removed] moaning about the final being in Kiev, as its "too far away"? How are UEFA supposed to know who the two finalists are going to be from?

It's a European competition that uefa have got to try and advertise all around Europe. Can't just pick and choose where to play the final.

Does it really count though? When you take all the pace goals and tap ins into consideration he’s probaly only scored about 6/7 proper goals. Can any experts adjudicate on this?

Sorry Tony, but donesk wouldn't have been bitching about the final in Ukraine would they? Or a Russian team? Or anyone eastern European? The prices are too high? It's the champions league final ffs. Course prices are higher for the 80 odd thousand extra people going to the city.

Like one lad had a £300 hotel booking cancelled, and was told it would cost sommet like £5000 to re book.

It a champions league final week though mate, it's understandable that the biggest club game in the world with allegedly the best players in Europe (and Henderson it seems) turn up to town in the Ukraine of all places will see businesses want to make the most of it. I mean Kiev isn't exactly the hotbed for a summer holiday for most!

Well there is a difference in hiking the price a tad, and the figures I saw. Whether its that lot or any football fans.

Speaking to a Brighton fan while having an early lunch and he said something quite telling about the RS. For all their supposed fantastic season...

... they still had to win today to guarantee a CL place over a Chelsea team who, by many opinions, have been well off the boil this season.

Add to that, Man United have been reasonably awful to watch at times this season and still they were six points ahead of them.
