I thought these stories were sll hype.

So I logged into a travel site for a hitel in Kiev on the night of the Final a d it is proper mental.

Profiteering on an epic scale.

1 in 5 ST holders there actually go the game , the rest sell them on for an absolute fortune.

I know at least 5 blues that own season tickets there that have been passed down the family , that sell them to some weirdo every season for a massive markup.

I hope the local shops start charging €10 for water in Kiev and all their innards dry out tbh

No it isn't. Everton have by in large been irrevelent for 30 years so this is nothing new. Those lot can win every competition going but 99% of people associated with them will always be bell ends. Win or lose this final they will embarrass themselves, like the did with Bulgarian waiters and the gates of Athens.
