Am I getting this right? He called Suarez a negrito or negro and was found guilty by an INDEPENDENT COMMITTEE of this, yet he should sue Ferguson because he rightfully stated that he racially abused his player.

For the most part, they are absolute creatures.

Don't get me wrong, we can be knobs from time to time but they have this mass blanket delusion thing that's slightly creepy.

Frankly any court in the land would throw out any deformation case, since Suarez's prior and subsequent behaviour has been so poor nothing anyone could say could cause material damage to his reputation than he's done himself already.
So they're delusional again looking for others to blame. "It wuz Chelsea" etc.
If this drags on much longer they'll be quite a few coronary heart attacks from these Liverpool fans - will be affecting Sky subscription income streams & we can look forward to vicarious action against the FA, Manchester United (Evra in particular), most of the media etc.

Additionally that tit should read up on the Public Order Act, the Race Relations Act and the Racial and Religious Hatred Act.
The fact he insulted Evra's colour according to the GUILTY finding of the FA... is actually an offence under all three of those acts and is defined as Racism in law. (Principally I believe, the Public Order Act, and the Racial and Religious Hatred Act - for Suarez; and the FA and LFC could be considered to be breaching the Race Relations Act if they did not take action on his breach of the above)...
