He's winding them up something rotten.

Caller: "He just called him negrito which is a term of affection."

DJ: "Well I would just like to apologise on your behalf to the country for your use of a racist word."

Caller: "I don't believe this."

DJ: "That's because youre a liverpool fan."

Dead right - it is actually unnerving. I was going hammer and tongues with a kopite on FB last night. Can't believe his stance, to be honest. He's peddling that "evra is a racist.com" youtube video b*llocks. He really should know better.

They're being such nobbers over all of this. It really is cringeworthy. Total implosion. I'm afraid it's going to reflect poorly on the whole city. Everyone already thinks that scousers are professional victims. Now they're going to think they're racist, deranged professional victims. It's not even that funny any more.

Anyone seen the evra is a racist.com youtube links? Desperate stuff.
 
A man called into George Galloway last night. He was well spoken and sounded educated enough but decided to accuse the City of Liverpool of being racist based upon this and the Anthony Walker murder.
Fair play to Galloway he put him right in his place.

A few of his colleagues and fellow patriots posturing behind him doesn't make it right.

Using negro or a form of it in Britain is very offensive and he defo knew that. He was trying to get a rise out of him and it's blew right back in his face. The scramble to contest his innocence now is a bit un-nerving.

The only thing that didn't sit right with me was Evra calling him "South American". We won't know before the evidence is released whether he'd called him the n word prior, but if Evra choose to address him as that from nowhere it's a bit weird.

Laughing at this whole "he called him Sudaca first" thing. Did he [Poor language removed] and they know it.

Spot on. Saying 'Negrito' is like saying 'you little ****ing pygmy'. That's the truth of the matter.

Lolling at the Kopite linguistic professors turning themselves inside out to make this word sound neutral.

It's not even Evra
 

They haven't heard a dissenting voice amongst themselves or the media for such a long time that there's no moderating influence on their behaviour. They're like a spoilt kid who never hears the word "no." The past twenty or thirty years, has in fact, been the exact opposite of a witch-hunt, because the media and the fans themselves have never really criticized the negative things they have done.

There's been no-one telling them it's not acceptable to steal tickets off your own fans, brawl with each other in the street, revel in the fact rival teams have been banned from europe due to your behaviour, attacking ambulances etc Like a spoilt kid they've even been rewarded where others wouldn't (5th place entry to champions league etc) Any dissenting voice within their ranks is shouted down, so there's no self-examination from within. Eventually, and this is seen in this case, there will come a point when it's gone too far. However, if all the normal moderating voices have been supressed then you'll never know when you've reached this point. And this is where they are now.

They think everyone is criticizing them due to some conspiracy. Not one of them is able to say "perhaps this time we've gone too far" because the cult-like organisation won't allow it. They've been making this **** sandwich for twenty years, and now it's time for them to take a bite.
 
Cult like organisation is a good way to describe them. They have no independent or rational thought.

The 'l' can also be replaced with an 'n' ......
