So would Silva and Fonseca have done at Bournemouth what has has done, No!
I'm set a loss what you are even TRYING to say, much less your point..So would Silva and Fonseca have done at Bournemouth what has has done, No!
Sorry, i don't get the fascination with Eddie Howe, i think we need someone on a totaly different level to him.
He struggled at Burnley, also if you saw any of that game today the defending was just shocking, nothing to do with players it was the way they were setup at the back. Just big gaps everywhere.I'm not sure what else Eddie Howe needs to do to get a job at a big club. He has only got Bournemouth promoted 3 leagues and achieved top half of the Premier League finishes with them.
What else does he need to achieve for you to be impressed? Finish in the Champions League spots? It's amazing what he has done with a club that small, they are smaller than a lot of clubs in League Two!
Hahahaha like we can attract proven winners, just look at our last 3
what a strange fan base we have, it's like some think it's still the 80s and we are a force
I'm not having that, Eddie Howe IS a proven winner. Look at what he has achieved with tiny Bournemouth - got a club smaller than Tranmere to the Premier League from League Two and has kept them there for years. It's Bournemouth ffs. It's remarkable!
If he was a German manager who had achieved that feat in the German leagues he'd be managing a top German club. Klopp had achieved less when he got the Dortmund gig.
I don’t see Silva has got what he hasn’t, a foreign name is about all
Silva would of got them relegatedSo would Silva and Fonseca have done at Bournemouth what has has done, No!
Err what has he won exactly?
Nothing.
We need something better than just being able to keep a relatively small team in the PL.
Let’s have some ambition.
He has won Bournemouth 3 promotions and turned the smallest team in Premier League history into a top 10 team.
How is appointing him as manager 'unambitious' ? His star is shining very brightly, he has proven himself a fine young manager that deserves a shot at a bigger club. There's a glass ceiling of how much he can achieve at Bournemouth and he is about to hit his head on it, but the resources are a lot larger here. A manager's job is to get the most out of the resources at his disposal and he has gotten every last drop out of AFC Bournemouth. He has done as well there as anyone will if Bournemouth exists for a thousand years, what's the most logical next job to progress his career if not here?
In football you buy someone's future and Howe has demonstrated enormous potential. If he can improve Everton proportionately as much as he has the Cherries we will be laughing.
I turned the radio on the other day and Howe’s name was mentioned regarding the Arsenal job, straight away that was shot down by Ray Parlour, who said he should go to an Everton first, before he goes to a bigger club.He has won Bournemouth 3 promotions and turned the smallest team in Premier League history into a top 10 team.
