I think it must count for something that this is the second time he's been loaned out with (seemingly) no option to buy? If City really didn't rate him wouldn't they just prefer him to be sold?And if he was a regular MOM City would have let him come to us? I saw a lot of him at Valencia and there were far more plusses than minuses.Should we play him ahead of Williams or Jagielka?....every time.
