Is he still slotting like a boss in u23 team ? I know he killed it for u18s but I remember people saying a large part of that was because he’d just flatten opponents due to his huge size/strength advantage.

4 goals so far this season , one where he dispossessed a defender and scored from a narrow angle , much as he did in the u18 against puny kids. Clearly he’s facing opponents who are not PL standard, but he’s a decent goalscoring No9 in the U23s who at 19 is still improving even if he’s not ready to start in the PL yet.
 
We will see again this weekend. I checked if we even want to have an 18 match day squad it is either Simms or Branthwaite on the bench. Surely it has to be Simms.
