When you actually say Dre, do you say it like its spelt or like Dray? Or is it Doctor E? I've never really understood.

it's pronounced "dree"

think of it like the last part of the name "Deirdre"

Of course he made a massive career! The SSLP was a great release, you can sense his hunger and determination on this, the song Rockbottom is one of the greatest.

Dr. Dre's last album was 1999. Dr. Dre has been an immense producer but Eminem has produced a lot of beats as well.

D12 didn't hold him back, they were talented rappers. Kuniva, Swifty, Big Proof! Devils Night messed with my head big time at the age of 15. I was in a dark place in life and listening to songs like Revelation, American Psycho, I was a crazy teenager

I actually felt like there were people in the world that understood me. They were rapping about things that I was experiencing and nobody around me could see what help I needed. This album was like therapy, I regularly cried listening, sometimes lying on the bathroom floor in floods of tears trying to rap along
