I actually felt like there were people in the world that understood me. They were rapping about things that I was experiencing and nobody around me could see what help I needed. This album was like therapy, I regularly cried listening, sometimes lying on the bathroom floor in floods of tears trying to rap along

OK I gotcha. So like the lyrics were actually wrote for you? I've had similar mate. Its ok.

What sort of stuff can you remember where this happened?

So Chico he be stressin about this new rap ting, just let the beat flow through you, then let your body sing, let your mind be free don't worry don't be whack, you could be spending all your days like ye Mar flat on her back

word

Check it, I grew up a ****in' screw-up
Got introduced to the game, got a ounce and ****in' blew up
Choppin' rocks overnight
The Biggie Smalls trying to turn into the black Frank White
We had to grow dreads to change our description
Two cops is on the milk box missing
Show they toes you know they got stepped on

A fist full of bullets a chest full of Teflon
Run from the police picture that, nigga I'm too fat
I **** around and catch a asthma attack
That's why I bust back, it don't phase me
When he drop, take his Glock, and I'm Swayze
Celebrate my escape, sold the Glock, bought some weight
Lay back, I got some money to make, mother****er

It used to happen at home when I would roll home drunk from an afternoon drinking session in town. I was 16 and just passed my exams so I had a lot of free time in the summer. I used to prop up the lennons bar.
