Weirdly enough, I'm not sure who I want to win. I can't stand Spain as they're populated by a gang of uber bells who give England's bells a run for their money.

I'm almost neutral in this.

Why though? You look like a typical English bell and the foreigners genuinely don't like you.

If England are playing and I'm away I'll wear the shirt and support the team. Depending on where I am obvs. Other people from other countries do so why can't we?

And that's not true. Never had trouble with any foreigner before, except the Police in Krakow but we deserved that. Always interested to talk to me and polite tbh. If you're polite to people generally people will be polite back.

Anyway I'm not questioning people not caring about England, I do, but I understand why some wouldnt. But to actively want another team to win is just prickish to me.

Surely everyone knows by now that the only acceptable football shirts to wear are foreign ones and even that's limited to when you're actually playing football.

Read an interesting stat just now. 80% of the players in La Liga are Spanish, compared to 39% in England. No quotas were needed or any of that, and La Liga still has arguably the best foreign players in the world, they just produce a **** load more good Spanish players than we do. I mean you could argue that the best foreign players in the PL have been Spanish this season in Silva and Mata.

Another reason why I think Spain deserve to triumph as they have done all the right things to get to their current position.

Spanish players have also spread their wings abroad a fair bit, which has no doubt improved their education both as players and people. How many English players go abroad? Scott Carson is the only player in the squad playing abroad. Kinda says it all.

I think some people in Liverpool feel disposessed by 'England' in recent history, and the lack of patriotism is partly linked with that in some way. My badly thought out idea see the 80s/harry enfield etc.

Plus they are bad, bad meffs. They represent being meffs. Not England.

As much as I love Scouser's and the city, think a lot of them need to stop whinging about the Thatcher years. It happened. It's finished. Look at Liverpool now. Look at all the development and how much better it is. Yes there is still room for improvement like in all major cities but compared to what it was it's Disneyland now. We're not English we're Scouse thing is just annoying. This goes for members of my family too, so please don't think I'm just having a pop at you's on here for the hell of it. I love you all, but you're all English bellends whether you like it or not.

The real hard done by people nowadays are up in the North East.
