Southgate. Where is Livermore and Huddlestone?

And some players are in just because they play for the money clubs. Not by form.

Pretty much as expected. Continuity is better than making wholesale changes. Bit surprised by Lallana tbh. Early days of the season so hard to judge who should and shouldnt be in.

Some of these players are subs and can’t get a game at their clubs in these few matches.

Lallana brought in who has done nothing for ages be never gets a game over Walcott who has been playing well recently. Ok Gareth. This is the exact reason I ain’t arsed about England. If Lallana was not at Liverpool he would be nowhere near the set up.
Wellbeck instead of Walcott is bad enough without Lallana added to the mix.

Hopefully Turnip Southgate wont be picking any of ours.

We can only hope can't we, I mean let us hope that our players are deemed not good enough for any international teams by the respective managers and let us hope that they decide they are best playing somewhere else so they can get the international recognition.

One of the most baffling thought processes in the Everton fan base is this idea that getting called up to the England team is a bad thing.

I never got the 'turning of heads, etc. in past set ups. I am pretty sure that players knew the score with regards to where we were and where, for example, Chelsea/Man Utd were.

Plus, the set up now is completely different to the ego driven nobheads of the past. I for one am a bit gutted that Walcott was not called up as he has had a great start to the season and deserved it.

I think he’s a massive lallana fan , ultimately he’s going to keep going for players he trusts until it’s not really viable . It’s understandable, well it is to me.

Fully agreed. Wouldn't have made sense to rip up the world cup squad after reaching a semi final. Evolution not revolution and all that.
