It's like Moyes. Said it on the last page too. He's a good solid, compact manager and gets some decent results. However, when the chips are down, and he needs to get the most out of his players, he often goes cautious, and subsequently disappoints.
He's the best manager since Robson for me, he's got the country (outside Merseyside) enjoying watching the national team again, but his limitations wil kill him. Honestly had a discussion about this at the game, and I think Potter is the perfect person for the job. Good, strong personality like Southgate, got tonnes of respect, but ultimately has that attacking side Southgate lacks.
