As for the game, England really created few chances and did not take them. Never have been keen on Heskey as a striker he is not a prolific goal scorer, Crouch has a better England record and should have played IMO from the start. Heskey is and always will be a donkey. Am I the only one who thinks Englands overall performance was not good, admittedly they had a packed defence to combat but they should be capable of beating it. As for Green, schoolboy error. If you look at it again to collect the ball went down on the wrong knee which meant his body was not properly in line with ball and his hands were not fully behind the ball either. Adx for his other so called great save after Carragher had been skinned, what a load of rubbish, Green was again very lucky. His hands were n o on the ball properly and he palmed the ball up onto the post. If the ball had hit the post inside more it would have been a goal from another goal keeping error.
