England vs. USA ... will be one of the best of the tournament

Truth behold England should win :(

We dont have enough depth to bring anyone off the bench and make an impact if needed.. England is stacked!

Dempsey will get the nod up top with Altidore, and Holden will play on the right.. we will counter attack and with some success make chances...

England will make us pay for every little mistake we make which is why we will lose..

I do feel though that if it is "our" day for some reason or another, we will shut England out and win 2-0.. Only if it's "our" day though..

Otherwise England wins 2-0 or 3-1

I really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really hope the US win though.

And that's surely got to count for something?

For the love of football I pray that Bradley does NOT put Dempsey up top with Altidore... against England we need his skill behind the ball, not chasing the play up top... not to mention he would be worse than Donovan at that position b/c he lacks the pace that a striker needs playing off of a hold-up player like Jozy.

More I think on it, the more I think it will be something like this:

ENG 3 - 1 USA

ENG 1 - 1 USA

USA 2 - 1 ENG

ENG 2 - 4 USA

Then USA will lose to Algeria 2-1 and beat Slov 2-0.

#1 and #2 in the group will come down to goal difference between England and USA.

The more I think about it if England didn't have a track record of bottling it and scrapping out 2-0 victories against the likes of T&T I would pick them to win the likes of 3-0 or 4-1.

There is going to be a ton of unrealistic expectations on the USMNT's squad. This defo won't be the same club that we fielded in the Confed Cup. Last year all of our players were healthy and most were getting minutes on their club teams. Our starting lineup is a MASH unit right now. These are all players who will be in the starting lineup.

Gooch CB - didn't play a match for AC Milan then got injured. Should have went to Brum or Wolves.
DeMerit CB - injured for 9 months. Cornea transplant - still doesn't have full vision in his affected eye
Spector RB - Played well in Confed cup and healthy. However was arguably the worst player in the EPL who was a regular starter this year.
Altidore CF - did not have a great spell at Hull City. However was effective in the CC and didn't play for his club team then.
Edu/Clark DM- both coming off long injury spells.

Because they played him on the left, I think.

Spector was moved around alot. Not sure if he played on the left however he did play CB alot for WH.

I'm going out on a limb here but...

USA 1- England 1
USA 2 England 2
USA 3 England 3
USA 4 England 4
USA 1 England 0
USA 2 England 0
USA 3 England 0
USA 4- England 0
USA 2 - England 1
USA 3 - England 2
USA 4 - England 3
USA 3 England 1
USA 4 England 1
USA 4 England 2
USA 0 England 0
England 1 USA 0
England 2 USA 0
England 3 USA 0
England 4 USA 0
England 2 USA 1
England 3 USA 1
England 4 USA 1
England 3 USA 2
England 4 USA 2
England 4 USA 3

My predictions for the June 12th game. In no particular order.
