I don't think Mount can play that deep in a 4-2-3-1. And if you shift those players into a 4-3-3 with Mount and Grealish box to box you've got a good attacking side but not one that can handle some of the better teams in the midfield. I think honestly swap out Henderson for Mount if you play Germany or something and that is a really competitive side though. Play the more attacking way against Scotland or whatever.

Yeah I think it’s possible to do a bit of horses for courses in midfield depending on opponents. Although I do think Mount is capable of playing as a 6. But I think in reality it will be Henderson plus 1 or 2 others in midfield unfortunately.

He might be able to it is just that he's never really done it so in an international side where you don't have the time to really train and develop a strong system might not be the time.

It's wild though that someone like Sancho is an afterthought at the moment. If they can get that kind of depth through the team then look out.

Yeah Sancho and Rashford will definitely be in and around the team. CHO might have a chance too. Then there’s James Maddison. Tons of options in attacking midfield. Just all the other positions that are the problem at the moment.

Jamal Musiala has officially chosen Germany over England. Not a huge surprise given we have a lot of young players ahead of him currently and Germany are willing to call him up now. Let's hope he doesn't come back to haunt us in the future
