I'm sure this has been answered already, but is it a lateral flow or PCR test that's needed? If lateral flow, do you just upload results to NHS website then screenshot it or something?

I’m not sure if it’ll be that simple. One is free, one definitely isn’t. The validity of lateral flow results has been questioned for ages.

@LocalNative as @mickefc said, it is a PCR or Lateral Flow. As long as you record your result through gov.uk, your COVID pass will be activated.

Regardless of the accuracy of lateral flow tests, the NHS have been clear what is allowed and what isn't - show the pass and you will be fine.

For @Mikey_Fitzgerald, now I've read that the vaccine won't be enough because you won't have the two week window. Get a LF, do the test and record it.

Sound didn't realise the COVID pass worked for negative tests too. Nice one, will probs do it Friday evening to give it time

It's to safe guard those people who can't get a vaccine or those who simply choose not to have it.

As the pass will be issued within 48 hours, pick up or order some tests throughout the week and then record them early on Friday to allow time to update.

Its up to us as well as the club to make it run smoothly. Get there early, reduce the risk of any problems and a bottleneck. Cant wait to get back in there, so if it means missing cple punts in the pyb, so be it.

Have some of the lateral flows at home already here. Although i'm seeing ppl on Twitter say all you need to do is show the email confirming negative result? Either way, i'll try get it done and uploaded onto the pass to be on the safe side

That may work, but as you've already said I'd try to reduce the chance of confusion at the tunstile by having the COVID pass, which is the safest option.

I've just done a lateral flow test and registered it to see how long it takes to recieve the confirmation back. Within a minute I had a text and email. Logged into the nhs app and it was already on there too

Personally I think it will be just like the Wolves game, said it was recommended for a lateral flow test and not once was any of us asked? Even the passport we had to bring was only glanced at and then was when there was only 2000 and should of been easily managed.

Just asked the Sky Sports youtube channel for their entry requirements for the two minute post-match highlight videos, apparently there aren't any. That's me sorted.
