A lot of comments on twitter from lyon fans that they can't believe their luck in getting that type of fee for this player. We are paying a lot of money for somebody that has done very little during his time in france which is very worrying. He is young though and he is a right winger something we have been crying for for a long time now. Probably paying a premium as he is still a prospect with potential. Problem is we need a player for the now ideally that can be productive from day one.

I mean if gets to the byline and gets us a corner that’s progress right from what we’ve been seeing
 

Are there any reputable sources for the agreement. Also I don't think the bar is particularly high for him to nail down the right wing spot so I'm sure moyes wouldn't sign any old player

Yes and compared to the prices Forest have been scouting ( 12m on average) for quality, we are paying 20m for someone who hasnt set the fairy french fannies lge alight. Vault me!

If you wanted a player like Baines now from a championship team the price would be eye watering.

Top players now are like £100m+, look at the money being talked about for Isak, they want £150m+ so Id say £12m for a player, even £15m is pretty darn cheap in comparison. There are still rock bottom bargains you can find, take that Khusanov (Very highly rated CB) that's just gone to City he went to Lens not that long ago for something daft like £100k and now he is possibly the top rated prospect in Europe. It comes down to scouting and contacts, I can 100% see why Brighton choose to follow the recruitment model they do at times as its incredibly comprehensive.

Looks worse than Bolasie!!! Every clip it was so predictable what he was gonna do and his end product has already got me frustrated. Surely there’s a lad in the academy with pace that also has 0 assists or goals that will allow us to save £20m??!!
