This works much like the five graduated levels of readiness for the U.S. military, when we sacked Martinez it went to DAVEK 1 but has since dropped back to DAVEK 5. The board are therefore happy with current state of the club.

Once you get into the realms of one supporter being more important then another supporter you are on dangerous ground. It will 100% happen and splinter the fanbase even further. I know this because I'm a member of so and so but I'm not telling you because your not, join and pay your membership if you want to know. Certain fans will see them selves as more important or bigger or better fans then others, some will be involved for the sole purpose of padding their cv and some will genuinely care and strive for better but the divide between involved/support and uninvolved/don't care will deepen over time and eventually get nasty. The fake twitter accounts ae always just around the corner.
I've seen this with my own fans owned club and while I know Everton won't be fans owned, once fans turn on other fans, because of the various groups they are associated with then the it will only go one way
