Fair enough, they are not a proper tournament to me though (and not just because I have no idea how it works).

League system - 2-4 groups of 3/4 teams in ‘leagues’, promotion and relegation between Leagues A-C, promotion only in League D. Winners of the 4 groups in the A league go through to a 4 team mini tournament to decide the competition winner

The whole idea of a pan-european tournament is ridiculous.

The concept is OK (but nowhere near as good as having it in one place) but the organization and randomness of it is ridiculous. Why is half the tournament in England?, why are teams flying from one side of Europe to the other? in back to back group games? (into Asia even).
