My brother made a really point yesterday when I questioned why Grealish doesn't start: he's clearly effective as an impact sub, so why change it?

Like you say, I think that's what we will see with Grealish later on, where he'll tear them a new one.

I get what he's trying to do, which is grind out 1-0 to the Arsenal.

I just don't see why that makes sense when he can win 5-2, unless he's thinking that Italy is the problem and that he can only beat them 1-0.

Seriously though my dad was telling me today why he wasn't passionate for the England team anymore and he referenced the fans and the racism. But I really do blame the media for focusing on all that stuff and told him that this is our country/history! Whatever idiots there are out there they do not represent us or the English people as a whole.

I think there's a huge difference between many England fans, those who like to watch England win, and many of those who go and watch England play.

Again, not all the fans who go to watch England are bigoted urchins who like a fight, but let's not pretend that there isn't a fairly large number of them.

I support England but I despise many of those so-called 'fans'. I've never went to see England play live, and it's probably one of the main reasons why.

Yet, I don't really understand those who use it as an excuse to not support England or even wish them to lose.
