Don’t really care about the negative comments, I’ve waited 25 years for this. 11 year old me was in tears in 96, 33 year old me was heartbroken 3 years ago. I’m close to tears here for the right reasons tonight, Sunday night I get to watch England play in an international tournament final. If we lose on Sunday, it’ll hurt but this England team have gave me something back over the last 3 years, the love of watching the Three Lions again

All credit to Denmark, they’ve been the surprise of the tournament, they could have completely folded after the events in Copenhagen but they showed incredible team unity getting this far, it just proved to be one game too far for them

Congrats mate, may the better team win on Sunday. English people have always been a great bunch in my life, so I would be very happy for you.

OTOH I spent 3 and half years in Italy, you could say it's my adopted country now. Would be equally happy of Azzurri victory too. Win win for me eh.

England will beat Italy on Sunday. As an Irishman, those words burn...but there is a sense of inevitability about it all now. England were the better side tonight, and they got a massive break. They took it. That's what winning sides tend to do. I'd be sickened if I were a Dane. I thought the officiating was very poor. I doubt the Italians can expect a better standard on Sunday. Referees are human and are influenced by big home crowds - especially after 18 months without them. They'll need to score a couple of very clear goals to win this, in my view, and any team with Ciro Immobile as its main threat is going to struggle to do that.

I like Gareth Southgate and these are good players. I don't think they have too much to fear now.

The English team is massively multicultural. A lot are of Irish stock mate

There's been crowds at every game. It's not max capacity but it's hardly that far from normal.

I cant help my personal feelings on the matter.

There have been smatterings of away fans. It just feels weird to me. It's better than nothing but I have not been that interested in any competition where its not done fully. The games have been entertaining by and large.

Was great to see the support in the stadiums but I must say, thought the booing of the Danish national anthem pre-match was pretty disgusting. I'm sure it was a comparative minority, but disgusting nonetheless.

I‘m not sure I heard any booing tonight and after the Germany game I was listening for it.
But lets not put the good people of England in the same bracket as a few knob heads.
