That was never a pen and should never have been called that way. Had the ref not blown for a pen VAR would not have awarded it.

The celebration at the end for winning a semifinal was insanely over the top. I mean if you had just beat Germany or Spain I would get it a bit more. But beating a Denmark team without their best player in a dodgy way certainly should have been more subdued. It was like you just won the whole thing.

Anyway congrats to all the England fans. I get being happy for your team, but you still have work to do against a much better side.

Gonna be another tight game but whatever happens it is a good time to be an English football fan. A team that is together, even Grealish not looking remotely arsed about being taken off, knowing and trusting in the managers plan.

Sterling is a total beast! He's beating men and still lightning quick in extra time. Don't even consider it an OG as he was the pressure that once applied forced the ball into the back of the net. I just wish he was a slightly better all-round finisher though, cause he can still be a bit of a spoon at times!

Why is it over the top? We haven’t made a final for 5 1/2 decades. Was it over the top that Italy celebrated winning on penalties last night?
