I just paid £62 on the 0858 out of St Pancras on matchday. The first train out was still showing £39.

I've only booked one-way as heading over to Belgium Fri-Sun for some games there, so maybe a straight London-Lille return would work out cheaper.

Auckland to Paris return (plus hotel) is 1500 quid. The train to Lille should be pretty cheap. This is do-able. I just have to run it passed the other half.........

how high are the chances to get 3 tickets for the away against Wolfsburg? Me and my mates aren't members or seasonticket holders as we live in Austria.
That trip wouldn't cost us that much.

If you're coming to Lille, I can only recommend to take some time to discover the city, one day at least, totally worth it
I don't even know if you ever tasted north of France/Belgian beers... You will HAVE to try at least Kwak, Triple Karmeliet, Kaastel Brune, Chimay Bleue, Rochefort Trappiste, and Orval... So brace yourself and your liver !

And if you're lucky, you could even see the sun ! It happens sometimes here. The sun is that yellow thingy in the sky you people see in movies

I just remembered that the EL winners get CL next season. Presumably then Everton will go all out to win it

The funny thing is that it is a very likely possibility as well. Not many teams in the EL have the likes of Eto'o, Lukaku, Mirallas, Barry etc. These are CL level players actually. I look forward to see how Everton does in this competition, there could be some great games to come.
