I want Azerbaijan as much as the next lad, but i'd much rather be in Poland on late-May, than in Azerbaijan in July.
The FA determine the order of merit for the teams that qualify. Since the FA Cup runners-up are entitled to a place they are then ranked below the 5th place team. If the FA Cup winners go into the EL they rank above the 5th place team:
FA Cup Winners > 5th Placed Team > League Cup Winners (or 6th Placed Team) = FA Cup Runners-Up > 7th Placed team (if appropriate).

Not a ton have been decided...just looked on wiki. The most important thing for us, is having Arsenal beat Hull Tigers (hehehe) in the FA Cup. If Arsenal win, then we start in the group stage...otherwise we enter at the playoff round. So far those that have qualified for the playoff round are the likes of Twente, Panathinaikos, and Zurich and a few others.
