A crisp £20 note down the bookies with a written out slip posted on the wall for all to see for the entire season for me lad.

We will be in it to win it with this manager and we will be far stronger than the last time we were in the competition.

Yep, I don't rate Rafael, so add in that Vidic and Evra are off and likely ferdinand too (because he's finished,) then they really need a whole new back 4. Smalling and Evans aren't good enough for a side that expects to challenge for the title every season. Their midfield isn't great either. Up front they are okay, but even Van Persie looks like he might be back to being injury prone again.
