Lot of them players not much was expected of despite us being rinsed for fees as usual. So i voted Gomes as he's been a huge disappointment

It's Gylfi Sigurdsson.

When you factor in his price tag, the role he was brought in to do, how far his failure to do any sort of job for us set us back... there's no other correct answer. All of the rest play in roles you don't build a side around. They didn't have anywhere near the same detrimental impact.

He's in his own stratosphere when it comes to bad signings. None of the others come close.

I would go as far as to say he’s been the worst signing in Premier League history.

I thought about this the other day - it's a tie for me between him and Jack Rodwell for Sunderland as the overall worst ever in the Premier League era.

We got quite a lot of money back on Kroldrup and his long term negative impact for us was non-existent as he was here for a month.

Sigurdsson has harmed us for years.
