I am not at all cherry picking mate. Matty said something to the effect of 'will we ever be able to win home games again?' - and I've pointed out that if he'd gone to the past 8 games at home for Everton he'd have seen 6 wins. Is that a team that 'doesn't win at home'?

I don’t like blaming refs for their performance as it lets the players off, but that ref has been so biased against us these last few seasons.

Pawsons performance in the Iwobi Newcastle game is the worst officiating I have ever seen in an Everton game.

He's just a very poor referee. Makes mistakes far too often.

Both penalty decisions were obvious.

Ref gave them every decision and some which weren’t even fouls but nothing the other way. One of the most one sided referee performances I have seen for a long time.

Both were pens… one was given the other not.

Funny we didn’t see the same decision given against Van Dijk earlier today for grappling / wrestling in the box.

The treatment of Gordon is such a "small club" mentality.

If Everton weren't such a financial mess, he would still be here!

Even if we were sound financially the moment Newcastle would have come sniffing he would have wanted out. He didn't want to be here. He was also desperate for a move to the RS in the summer. If they show interest in him in the future he'd leave Newcastle in an instant.

Absolute certain penalty. How on earth was it not given. He's about to slot a rebound into the net.

I find it strange that the pen ain’t giving because they say dcl kicked burns, yet I see week in week out players running full sprint and their legs get caught and a foul is given.

Gueye should have buried the loose ball anyway but Var would probably have disallowed it somehow.

It’s obvious they would have given a foul against the defender… the one that DCL kicked apparently.

Pen was hard to call, i shouted pen instantly. But when played back it looked like 2 stick insects doing a weird ritual.

You pull your foot back to smash the ball into the net and someone takes you out. At these moments it's always important to go back to what if it was Tarkowski on Salah at Anfield and we all know what the outcome would've been.

Maybe if he was as good as he thinks he is and he didn’t try to belittle the club who gave him a chance, he wouldn’t get as much stick?
