I think it will be difficult to see a ton of changes over a few days, perhaps move some pieces around. I would expect at least one of the fullbacks to be making the overlapping runs and providing width.
A simple way to get width would be to go to a back 3, I'm not sure he'd do that but it's possible. That may be a way to get the best available 11 on the pitch.

Will probably be wrong but I think both DCL and Beto need balls in front of them from the wings. As we haven’t got traditional wingers I would go 5-3-1-1 with Patterson and Harrison as wing backs, DCL starting with N’Diaye off him. Ghana to hold and protect the defence when the wingbacks push up. Then Mangala and Lindstrom central, with Lindstrom looking to attack centrally and feed the wing backs when they push up. Tarkowski, Jarrod and Jake at the back.
