Can we please fire Doucoure into the Sun? He runs around a lot and makes the effort but he’s a poor footballer. We were chasing the game and he was absolutely gassed on 70 mins.

I thought Villa were quite controlled and impressive. Ref had a shocker and Dom had a difficult chance at the end.

Bit harsh on Mykolenko and Lindstrom here to be honest.

I'm not a fan of Myko but he actually did alright today and could tell he was giving his all to try and impress. Set up 2 good chances with a through ball to DCL and a cut back cross to Doucs. Hopefully he hasn't deceived his way into making Moyes think we don't need a new LB though.

Lindstrom also worked hard and tried to make things happen when he came on, set up DCL for the last chance of the game which should have been buried.

I think Lindstrom should be given a proper run in the team under Moyes, he's definitely infinitely better than Harrison (not hard).

Aye there were plenty signs there I think. Game management seemed better than it has been for a long time. Need players coming back from injuries. We lack composure on the ball in the middle as much as anything.

Heard a couple of Villa fans/🔔🔚s on the way out saying they couldn’t understand what we were kicking off about 🤣🤣🤣


Their players only had to throw themselves on the floor and it was a free kick, we
Were getting ragged all over the shop and nothing given.

He’s reffed us terribly before, Everton should complain.

Currently second in the MOTM poll. He was much better than he's previously been.
